Note: Price per month does not include any applicable taxes. Additional minutes for the 150 Minutes plan are billed per minute. All charges are in addition to local service charges. STRAIGHT & SIMPLE plans (excluding the Unlimited plan) may be combined with the MCT 5 Area Calling Plan.
